<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion apparatus and an indwelling method of a stent capable of precisely extend the stent with simple structure at the predetermined position for indwelling stent. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion apparatus 1 of a stent comprises a flexible tube-like sheath 2, a stent 5 contained within the sheath 2 in reduced diameter, a flexible shaft 3 inserted through the stent 5, a string material 6 whose head part 4 has a curve tip surface at the tip part of the flexible shaft 3 and the other end fixed at the flexible shaft 3, wherein at least one end chosen from the stent tip part 5a and stent end part 5b is moored by slipped knot with the string material 6, and the other end part of the string material 6 is pulled out from the end part of the sheath 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
