PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal oil feeder that can prevent the leakage of oil by surely discharging water to the outside. SOLUTION: The seal oil feeder 1 feeds seal oil to a sealing instrument 7, that closes a gap between a closed vessel 3 of a hydrogen cooling turbine generator 2 sealed with hydrogen gas and a rotating shaft 4 that penetrates the closed vessel 3 and comprises a vacuum tank 8 that vacuum-deaerates the seal oil; a seal oil pump 11 that feeds the seal oil to the sealing instrument 7; a vacuum pump 19 that evacuates the vacuum tank 8; an oil separator 16 that separates gas, containing water from lubricant oil discharged from the vacuum pump 19; a water measurement glass gauge 22, wherein the separated water is pooled; an LED element 24 that outputs a signal corresponding to the water level of the pooled water and photodiode 25; an opening/closing valve, arranged at the downstream of the water measurement glass gauge 22; and a control part 27 that opens the opening/closing valve, on the basis of the signal, and discharges water in the water measurement glass gauge 22.
