PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house control and monitoring system and house control and monitoring apparatus which improves convenience of a collective control function capable of collectively controlling operations of a plurality of house facility devices through one manipulation. SOLUTION: House control and monitoring comprise: a proposal information table 222 for storing a plurality of pieces of operating pattern information, in accordance with a plurality of kinds of combination, in which search key information indicating operating states of partial house facility devices is associated with combination information indicating combination of operations of a plurality of house facility devices; a monitoring section 211 for acquiring operation information of house facility devices; a search section 212 for searching for search key information coincident with operating information; a proposal section 213 for presenting combination information stored in association with the searched search key information so as to select the combination information as a choice; a touch panel 23 for accepting a selection instruction; and a device control section 214 for controlling operations of house facility devices according to the combination information selected by the selection instruction.
