PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of supporting a cylinder head cover formed of a low-rigidity material into a bowl shape and mounted on a cylinder head to cover the upper face of the cylinder head, wherein the cylinder head cover using a member specific for the cylinder head is supported at its upper portion and at its outer peripheral skirt portion with ease of maintenance and no leakage of lubricating oil from the outer peripheral skirt portion of the cylinder head cover. SOLUTION: The cylinder head cover is supported by the member integrally fixed to the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. The outer peripheral skirt portion of the cylinder head cover abuts on the peripheral edge of the cylinder head via a seal member having close contact with the inside/outside face thereof.
