PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump smaller and more efficient than conventional electric pumps. SOLUTION: A first rotor 20 including blades 22 is rotatably provided in an intake port 11a side of a stator 30 of an inside of a pump casing 10 of a whole circumference flow type electric pump 1 and a second rotor 60 including blades 62 is rotatably provided in an exhaust port 12a side of the stator 30 of the inside of the pump casing 10. The stator 30 is provided with a coil 37 provided at a position facing a rotor magnet 23 of the first rotor 20 and a coil 38 provided at a position facing a rotor magnet 63 of the second rotor 60, and is constructed as one unit by sharing a back yoke 34 and a stator housing 30a. The electric pump 1 has output equivalent to output of two flat motor arranged in series by rotation of the first rotor 20 and the second rotor 60.
