PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convey a material for construction of an exterior wall part of a building. SOLUTION: A vertically conveying means for vertically conveying the material 4 and a horizontally conveying means for horizontally conveying the material at an upper part of the building are mounted on a supporting frame 2 which is temporarily mounted on the upper part of the building 1, and the material is transferred between them by the work from a scaffold means. The vertically conveying means is a lifting mechanism 5 having a structure for lifting up and down the material by a wire 9. The horizontally conveying means is a traveling type conveying mechanism 6 having a structure for hanging and supporting the material from a trolley 21 through a wire 22 to make it travel horizontally. Winches 11, 24 for them are mounted on the upper part of the building. The lifting mechanism can also move the material in directions of approaching and leaving the building, and a guide wire 15 guides the vertical conveyance of the material.
