PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a cast-in-place pile and a cast-in-place pile structure, capable of providing a high-quality pile body, by eliminating its influence, without performing active slime removing work, before placing concrete. SOLUTION: This cast-in-place pile structure has a foundation consolidation layer 5 formed in a pile hole bottom part by agitating and mixing slime of the pile hole bottom part and a foundation consolidation liquid, a concrete layer 9 formed in a pile hole of an upper part of the foundation consolidation layer 5, and a reinforced cage 6 of arranging an existing pile member 7 in a tip part, that is, the reinforced cage 6 arranged in the concrete layer 9 so that the existing pile member 7 enters the foundation consolidation layer 5 and its upper end part enters the concrete layer 9 by projecting from the foundation consolidation layer 5.
