PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element which offers high luminance and luminous efficiency, has a long life, and is made of a less poisonous material. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element includes a base material, an anode formed on the base material, a light-emitting layer formed above the anode, an electron injection layer formed above the light-emitting layer, and a cathode formed on the electron injection layer.
