PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which is installed on top of the outdoor pillar and has a superior resistance to environment and is low-cost. SOLUTION: The control device consists of an outer wall 15 of an integrated side face, back face, and ceiling; an internal housing 14 which is installed inside the outer wall 15, and is fixed to the outer wall 15; and an internal mounting unit 19 which is fixed to an inside pillar 21 installed inside the internal housing 14. The internal mounting unit 19 is an all-in-one unit wherein a control apparatus, a communication apparatus, and a power supply for these apparatuses, are mounted in an upper part, fixtures necessary for maintenance are arranged on the front door side in a lower part, and a noise filter and an electrical outlet are arranged on the back face side in the lower part.
