PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery system that can increase the usability of a user terminal device by predictively delivering information by user movement prediction for timely and seamless real time information delivery and shortening information delivery time for real time information delivery. SOLUTION: The information delivery system comprises the user portable terminal 11 carried by a user 10 to send a signal S1 including the user's current position information and attribute information, a moving position prediction part 22 for arithmetically predicting the next moving position from the current position information sent from the user portable terminal, a content database 23 for saving content related to the user's moving position, a search part 24 for detecting/creating user-specific delivery information related to the next moving position from the content database, and a delivery part 27 for delivering the delivery information to the user portable terminal.
