PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity for embedding a mirror case mounting plate inside the body of sun visor made of resin foam, allow a mirror case to be mounted easily in a fit-in recess in the sun visor body, and reduce the weight of the sun visor body. SOLUTION: The bottom surface of the fit-in recess 30 in the sun visor body 20 is furnished with a through hole 32 penetrating in a position mating with a mounting plate 48 formed in the bottom plate part 46 of the mirror case 41. In the condition that a fastening piece 43 on the mirror case 41 is engaged with one side inner wall part of the recess 30 and the mirror case 41 is fitted in the recess 30, a flange-equipped pin 50 made of resin is pushed in from the other side outer surface of the sun visor body 20 into the through hole 32 in the recess 30 and the mounting hole 48 in the bottom plate part 46 of the mirror case 41, and thereby the tip protrudes from the mounting hole 48.
