PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature cold reserving storing bag, having heat insulating property and confidentiality, light to be easily carried and handled, suitable for the case of temporarily simply keeping and enshrining the body or the like, preventing dissusion of malodor of the body or the like, having a function of keeping the inside at a low temperature and enhancing the cooling effect. SOLUTION: This cold reserving apparatus comprises a cold-reserved material storing body, which is formed of a heat insulating and confidential raw material, and has an opening part 16 sealed after the cold-reserved material is stored, wherein the inside of the cold-reserved material storing body is kept in a low-temperature state, thereby cold reserving the cold-reserved material stored in the cold-reserved material storing body. At least part of the section of a partition forming the cold-reserved storing body is formed by a heat insulating layer 13, a pipeline 12 for circulating a cooling fluid is disposed in the interior of the heat insulating layer or inside the heat insulating layer, and a cooling fluid is supplied from a separately disposed cooling unit 2 to the cooling fluid pipeline 12.
