PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal cooker which can block the generation of malodor attributed to oil components and odor components and enables the formation of an air layer between a roaster cabinet and a detachable grill case. SOLUTION: A roaster part 4 disposed within an exterior 1 has the grill case 90 detachably housed into the roaster cabinet 19, a heater 26 for heating foods placed on a screen rack of a receiving tray 11, protrusions for the rail of the receiving tray 11 so formed as to be protruded inward being pressed in place respectively on the side and the bottom surface of the grill case 90, protrusions respectively formed on the side and the bottom surface of the roaster cabinet 19 for the formation of the air layers respectively between the side and the bottom surface of the roaster cabinet 19 and the side and the bottom surface of grill case 90 and a sheet spring 193 for getting the grill case 90 securely pressed on the roaster cabinet 4. The rill case 90 gets the front of the bottom surface of the grill case 90 caught by the bottom surface of the roaster cabinet 4 and the catching can be released by moving the front of the grill case 90 upward.
