PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying body capable of purifying blood by contact with the skin of the human body. SOLUTION: The blood purifying body is composed of: the first material selected from a group consisting of a copper material, a platinum material and molybdenum material; the second material selected from a group consisting of a black silica material, a radon material, a germanium material, an Nd material and a silica material; and a titanium oxide material. At least the titanium oxide material is disposed in the contact part in contact with the skin of the user. The contact part is composed of a blended coating layer 12 containing the second material and the titanium oxide material, or composed of a surface coating layer 23 including the titanium oxide material.
