SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains powder composed of fired iron-containing synthetic phlogopite. The cosmetic contains composite powder composed of the synthetic phlogopite and fired product of titanium oxide and iron oxide. The powder and the composite powder are preferably surface-treated.
