An online precontract/contract management system for an offline contract and an operation method thereof are provided to prevent various kinds of swindles, and civil/criminal cases or accidents for offline contract activity in the online, manage a schedule of each irregular worker, and enable an employer to request a search by viewing the schedule of each irregular worker. An irregular job information database(420) stores information of the irregular worker in a ranking mode. An irregular worker managing module(470) updates the irregular job information database by classifying the irregular workers according to customer preference, satisfaction, and friendship index information. A precontract/contract managing module(480) enables the employer to input an irregular employment condition to the irregular job information and provides irregular worker information registered to the irregular job information according to the condition inputted from the employer. If one irregular worker information is selected, the precontract/contract managing module outputs a profile information page of the selected irregular worker, and guides a precontract/contract between the irregular worker and the employer. |
