A panel connecting structure of a gas range is provided to firmly and conveniently couple a front panel and a side panel of the gas range through a fixing clip. A panel connecting structure of a gas range, comprises a front panel(10), a side panel(20), and a fixing member(40). The front panel is arranged to protect components including a burner unit, and has a lower end with a fixing surface. The side panel is assembled to the front panel, and has a mounting surface corresponding to the fixing surface of the front panel. The fixing member couples the front panel and the side panel through the fixing surface of the front panel and the mounting surface of the side panel. The fixing member includes coupling holes formed at the fixing surface of the front panel and the mounting surface of the side panel; and a fixing clip(60) interposed between the fixing surface and the mounting surface so that the front panel and the side panel are coupled with each other through a coupling member(50). The fixing clip has a body with one side where an inlet/outlet portion is formed. The body of the fixing clip has a center where a mounting hole is formed. The fixing clip is bent with a predetermined tilt angle centering from the inlet/outlet portion.
