<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material that exhibits a vasolidative action thereby to suppress or alleviate various human diseases or disorders. <P>SOLUTION: The composition comprises as an effective ingredient a peptide obtained by hydrolyzing a protein derived from a collagen selected from among collagen from various parts of cattle, pig skin collagen and fish scale collagen.
