PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device exerting a base-isolating action for the load not less than a certain value with a simple construction. SOLUTION: The base-isolating device is provided with a table 1 to support a base-isolated object M, and a link mechanism 3 to connect the table 1 and a base 2 and to bend followed by these relative movements.
