PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic damper for controlling vibration capable of preventing hydraulic fluid in an oil chamber of an accumulator from leaking to the outside due to use for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This hydraulic damper for controlling vibration is provided with a cylinder 1 provided with a first pressure chamber 14 and a second pressure chamber 16 formed on both sides of a reciprocating piston 10 and filled with hydraulic fluid, a pressure adjusting valve 42 provided in a flow passage for communicating both pressure chambers 14, 16 mutually, and the accumulator 58 for supplying and discharging hydraulic fluid between both pressure chambers 14 and 16. The accumulator 58 is provided with an oil chamber 68 divided and formed by metallic bellows 64 capable of elongating and contracting by elastic deformation to communicate the oil chamber 68 with both pressure chambers 14, 16. A piston rod 12 passing through the pressure chambers 14, 16 and protruding into the outside is provided on the piston 10, and the accumulator 58 is provided on the piston rod 12.
