PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a stand-alone stand of a thin display by a single-touch action, to turn the display screen toward the preset direction. SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by the combination of a function always recognizing the screen direction of the display by detecting the resistance value for a resistance volume for such as a variable resistor provided in a powered screen direction to recognize and detect the own direction, and a control means for reproducing a preset direction of the screen whatever the direction it may be facing currently.
