PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which ensures simple change of mounting position when a size of an electronic apparatus housing is changed, and avoids dropping or missing any parts such as a bolt and others. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for the electronic apparatus housing in which the electronic apparatus housing is mounted on a mounting board 1, the rear edge on the electronic apparatus housing is fixed to the mounting board through a guide pin 6 fitted with the electronic apparatus housing, a positioning fixture 17 having positioning blocks 21 with guide pins protruded on both ends is fixed to the mounting board with a pull-out locking screw 27, and several screw holes 30 for inserting the pull-out locking screws are prepared in some locations on the mounting board so that a mounting position of the positioning fixture may be changed according to a size of the electronic apparatus housing.
