PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe for water retention preventing water produced by an oxidation catalyst from flowing out of an exhaust discharge opening of a tail tube to ground to dirt ground. SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe for water retention in claim 1 is detachably installed on outer circumference of an exhaust discharge opening of the tail tube connected to an oxidation catalyst built-in type muffler and is provided with a water retention part retaining water dropping from the exhaust discharge opening. In an invention in claim 2, the exhaust pipe for water retention described in the claim 1 is formed in larger diameter than the tail tube, and consists of a tubular body having a bent part bending inward formed on a rear side end part and a support member supporting the tubular body with separating the same from an outer circumference of the tail tube.
