PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a reinforcing countermeasure is conventionally forced, since the height up to the top end of a stand becomes extremely high and cannot be occasionally stored within the story height, and since the torsional moment is generated on the receiving beam side to lateral force generated in a crane stand since its height is high, in a structure for placing and fixing the stand on a receiving beam fixed to a bracket. SOLUTION: This foundation receiving beam structure supporting the stand of a tower crane is formed as the foundation receiving beam structure of the tower crane formed by fixing the stand to the receiving beam by penetrating an outrigger of the stand through an opening part arranged in a web of the receiving beam.
