PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding cassette and a paper feeding device having the paper feeding cassette, whose paper sheet housing part can be applicable to a plurality of types of devices. SOLUTION: In the paper feeding cassette 22, the paper sheet housing part 60 housing paper sheets and an end part 61 having a grip part are connected to be separable, and a paper sheet carrying passage 76 is formed to a separation part between the paper sheet housing part 60 and the end part 61. The end part 61 has the grip part and a connection part 64 connected with the grip part 62 to be separable, and the paper sheet carrying passage 76 between the connection part 64 and the paper sheet housing part 60.
