PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long member feeding mechanism, capable of efficiently feeding a plurality of long members by using a festoon. SOLUTION: A wire feeding mechanism 10 has the festoon 12 for feeding a plurality of wires W at the same time, and regulating parts 22 disposed to each wire to adjust a speed of feeding the wire. The festoon 12 is provided with running blocks 20 of the same number as wires to be fed so that the wires are wound around the running blocks 20 to hang down the running blocks by gravity. Since the tension of each wire can be respectively adjusted, the height of the festoon, that is, the height of the plurality of running blocks 20 hung by the gravity can be adjusted for each wire. Imbalance of the height of the plurality of running blocks is avoided to eliminate the need of stopping the operation of the wire feeding mechanism for adjusting the height of the running blocks.
