PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for an electric apparatus capable of preventing liquid invasion into an intake duct. SOLUTION: This cooling structure for battery pack includes an intake opening 24 to flow cooling wind into, an intake duct 21 extending from the intake opening 24 to a battery pack 10, and a louver 23 which is installed on the intake opening 24 and extends from one end 23p relatively distant from the battery pack 10 to the other end 23q relatively near to the battery pack 10.
