A developer roller including a carbon nanotube for an electro photographic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to realize a low hardness and a low resistance of a developer roller together to keep high quality images, thereby resolving toner stress and deterioration of image quality caused by a high hardness while keeping dispersion characteristics for uniform resistance. A developer roller including a carbon nanotube for an electro photographic device includes a central shaft(220) and a roller body(210). The roller body includes an elastic polymer material as a parent material and a carbon nanotube for applying conductivity to the roller body. The elastic polymer material is preferably polyurethane. A content of the carbon nanotube is in the range of 0.01phr-2.0phr, preferably in the range of 0.1phr-1.0phr, wherein phr represents a part per hundred parts of rubber. A resistance of the developer roller is in the range of 1Î103ФÀ‘”-1Î108ФÀ‘”. A hardness of the developer roller is 30‹-50‹ in JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard).
