An assembly type boat is provided to improve maintenance, a safety, and a function of a boat by designing a light assembly type boat by using an air injection type tube, a synthetic resin material, and a light metallic material. An assembly type boat includes first and second buoyant body tubes(100,200), first and second tub houses(300,400), a folded cage(500), and first and second folded frames(600,700). The first and second buoyant body tubes have an air injection type linear shape. The first and second tub houses are connected and fixed with the first and second buoyant body tubes. The folded cage is arranged and fixed between the first and second tube houses and forms a boarding space. The first and second folded frames are connected and arranged on ends of front/rear parts of the tube houses on both sides of the folded cage. The first and second folded frames form front/rear part ends, and prevent the cage from being folded.
