An actuator for an air-conditioning damper of a vehicle is provided to improve efficiency of an air-conditioning damper system for the vehicle by accurately arranging a switch position and minimizing a deviation of a rotation angle of the damper. In an actuator for an air-conditioning damper of a vehicle, a driven gear(60) transfers an output of a motor to an outside. A damper is installed at a blower unit and a heater unit. A lever(80) pressingly assembled makes the damper rotate with an angle of a corresponding output. And, a protrusion(81) prevents a gap being off from the driven gear.
