摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high precision optical elements at a low cost, in molding of transferring the die shape of optical elements, without unnecessarily increasing the number of stages where setting temperatures are different. <P>SOLUTION: The molding device 6 comprises: a heating stage part 18; a molding stage part 19; and a cooling stage part 20 where setting temperatures are respectively different. The heating stage part 18 is equipped with an upper heat transfer plate 8 and a lower heat transfer plate 9 connected with thermoregulators 24, 25. The molding stage part 19 is equipped with an upper heat transfer plate 10 and a lower heat transfer plate 11 connected with thermoregulators 26, 27. The cooling stage part 20 is equipped with an upper heat transfer plate 12 and a lower heat transfer plate 13 connected with thermoregulators 28, 29. Die sets 1 are successively moved among these stages, and are held by the upper and lower heat transfer plates, thus the warming, molding and cooling of the die sets 1 are performed, and, further, in the molding stage part 19, the changes of temperatures and molding pressures in molding ranges are continuously given from the upper heat transfer plate 10 and the lower heat transfer plate 11 to the die sets 1.
