PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat drain water without complicating drain piping work. SOLUTION: This humidity conditioner has a refrigerant circuit 50 having adsorption heat exchangers 51, 52 holding adsorbent, and allowing a heat medium to flow therein. The adsorbent of the adsorption heat exchangers 51, 52 is heated or cooled by a refrigerant, thus the humidity of the air kept into contact with the adsorbent is conditioned. Sponges 71 dipped in the drain water in a drain pan 63 are mounted on lower faces of the adsorbent heat exchangers 51, 52. Thus the drain water is adsorbed to the adsorption heat exchangers 51, 52 and desorbed by capillary phenomenon, and discharged to the outside of a machine with the air.
