PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which is very convenient and a communication method thereof by enabling a plurality of control stations and a slave station to securely communicate with one another and reducing disturbance to other radio communication devices. SOLUTION: When a cordless master telephone set, a doorphone master set, and a cordless slave telephone set communicate with one another with a TDMA communication frame comprising a reception slot and a plurality of transmission slots, the cordless master telephone set transmits control information by using a specified slot as a synchronizing slot (S1), the doorphone master set receives the control information with the synchronizing slot to synchronize itself with the cordless master telephone set, and uses a slot which does not overlap the synchronizing slow as a broadcast slot (S2) to transmit the control information with the broadcast slot at need, and the cordless slave telephone set once receiving the control information from the cordless master telephone set expects control information from the doorphone master set with a time width discriminated based upon the time position of the synchronizing slot with which the control information is received.
