PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable rotation control on the basis of a signal read from an optical disk. SOLUTION: An optical disk signal processing apparatus includes; a rotation control part for measuring and outputting the number of edges within a prescribed time with respect to a signal obtained by binarizing a RF signal reproduced from an optical disk having information recorded thereon; a detection part for detecting a lack of the RF signal; and a parameter control part which obtains and outputs a rotation control parameter for controlling rotation of the optical disk, on the basis of the number of edges obtained by the rotation control part when not detecting a lack of the RF signal and controls the rotation control parameter to suppress an influence of a lack of the RF signal when detecting the lack of the RF signal.
