PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium which can have a thick hologram recording layer of≥150μm in thickness formed flatly to a uniform thickness without an air bubble nor unevenness and is also capable of high-density recording, a manufacturing method for the optical recording medium which is superior in manufacturing cost, easiness, and production speed, and a recording method for the optical recording medium and a reproducing method for the optical recording medium. SOLUTION: The optical recording medium has two substrates and at least a hologram recording layer between the two substrates, and is characterized in that the hologram recording layer is formed by a screen printing method and has a thickness of≥150μm.
