PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer head having good assembling properties during laminating and adhering without spoiling a damper effect, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the inkjet printer head, when a base plate 14 in which a pressure room 16 is formed, a spacer plate 13, a manifold plate 12 in which a manifold room 12a is provided at a position where at least a part thereof is overlapped to the pressure room 16, a damper plate 11 with a damper wall 21b, and a nozzle plate 10 provided with a nozzle 15, are laminated, the damper plate 11 is brought into contact with the upper part or the lower part of the manifold plate 12 and is inserted therein. The damper plate 11 is constituted by joining a plate material 11a in which a plurality of recessed parts 21a adjoining separately through bulkheads 21 are formed at a site facing the manifold room 12a, and a thin film material 11b constituting a flexible damper wall 21b partitioning the manifold room 12a and the recessed parts 21a.
