PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealing label which can prevent an amount of paper leavings from being generated beyond the allowable level during peeling the label following its pasting, and restrict a cost increase, with regard to the concealing label, for confidential information indicated on a sheet such as a postcard, which can be made to serve the purpose for delivery. SOLUTION: This concealing label 11 is pasted for concealing confidential information indicated on a specified sheet and peeled off the sheet to make the information visible. In addition, the label 11 has an auxiliary hole 13 for peeling, through which air is blown during peeling, opened in a specified position of a label base material 12, and on the back, of the label base material 12, to which an adhesive 16 is applied, the surroundings of an auxiliary hole for peeling 14, is made a region where the adhesive 16 is not applied as at least, an auxiliary region for peeling 15 with a lower adhesive force than the adhesive 16.
