DEVICE FOR DESCALING RAIL MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly remove scales of a rail material and to prevent the camber by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A descaling part 3 and a guide part 4 are attached to a guide box 2 adjacently each other. The descaling part 3 forms a water jetting unit for removing scales and this water jetting unit is provided with a head-side part descaling nozzle 5 for removing the scales stuck to the head part Sa of the rail material S and a leg-side part descaling nozzle 6 for removing scales stuck to the leg part Sb of the rail material. In the guide part 4 arranged on the side of a rolling roll, guide rollers 17 for introducing and guiding the rail material S to the rolling rolls are provided by taking roller pins 16 as the center of rotation.
