PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make fixed cuts leaving a required part of an onion while cuts are made with a kitchen knife conventionally. SOLUTION: By combining and attaching a thin plate made of stainless steel to a cylindrical main body, fixed cuts are made leaving the required part of an onion. When describing that by Figures, to the main body of Figure 1-1, a stainless steel thin plate part of Figure 1-2 for which the cut of Figure 2-4 is combined with the cut 5, the cut of Figure 2-8 is combined with the cut 7 and the cut of Figure 2-6 is combined with the cut 9 is attached. Then, in order to fix the stainless steel thin plate part, a thin plate fixing part of Figure 1-3 is fitted and fixed. Also, in order to decorate a dining table with a beautiful flower, the center part of Figure 3 is matched with the center of the onion, both ends of the thin plate fixing part of Figure 1-3 are held and it is pressed and cut. Then, when the onion is cooked in a microwave oven, the shape of a beautiful flower is made. Also, by using the S-shaped cutter of Figure 4, the shape of the flower can be changed and enjoyed.
