SHOE-SHAPED ORTHOSIS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe-shaped orthosis with the outer appearance similar to a regular shoe and with appropriate correction effects exhibited only in the walking state. SOLUTION: The shoe-shaped orthosis comprises a shank 2 with an end 2b for generating a folding line 3 to fold a sole obliquely relative to the center line. When a wearer raises the heel, the sole is folded nearly along the end 2b of the shank 2 to correct the walking motion of the wearer so that the direction of movement of the ankles and knees and the movement of the weight are appropriate.
