PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a shelf board which is capable of using a thin shelf board and facilitating the attaching work in the mounting structure mounting the shelf board formed by protruding it frontward of an opening side of a side board to secure a wider area. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the shelf board is provided with left/right side boards 4 and a back board 5 connecting the side boards to each other and mounts the shelf board 10 on projections 11 projecting inward from the both side boards 4 and 4. The front/rear width of the shelf board 10 is larger than the front/rear width of the both side boards 4 and 4 from the back board, the back board 5 is formed with a groove part 12 across the almost full length in the left/right direction, the rear end portion 10b of the shelf board 10 is fitted into the groove part 12, and an abutment portion 10a projecting on the lower face of the shelf board 10 is made to abut or approach the projection 11 from the back part.
