A process for producing a laminated metal sheet, including the step of causing a molten resin to pass through an interposition part of metal sheet conveyed concomitantly with the rotation of a roll. By this process, a laminated metal sheet having a uniform resin layer of small thickness can be stably produced even in high line speed without the occurrence of resin layer breakage and neck-in. The thus obtained laminated metal sheet is useful in containers for packing food, medicine, etc. and building materials for use in interior panels, etc. and is useful as a material of household electrical appliances, car parts, etc.
