A method for efficiently receiving wind force and using wind force as power for a generator of pump is provided effectively generate power from wind force by controlling a wind breaker in accordance with the wind blow direction. A cylindrical wind rotating unit(1), a wind blow direction unit(2), and a cylindrical wind breaker(3) are engaged, and a rotation bearing(9) is arranged beneath the engaged units so that the assembly rotates in tight contact with a bearing support(8) mounted on a support plate fixed on ground. The wind blow direction unit rotates the cylindrical wind breaker and the cylindrical wind rotating unit in accordance with the wind blow direction by force of wind. A wind plate(10) turns to a second position from a first position by receiving wind in a vertical direction, and the wind breaker blocks wind at the second position. The cylindrical wind rotating unit turns the wind blow direction vertically to the direction of the wind plate in the course of moving from a third position to a fourth position, to thereby push the wind plate to the first position. |
