TERMINAL SENDING AND RECEIVING QUALITY PACKET INCLUDING COMMUNICATION QUALITY INFORMATION, QUALITY REPORT SERVER, AND PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal that controls transmission time intervals of RTCP data packets including communication quality information of RTP data packets without affecting transmission and reception of the RTP data packets to and from an IP packet network, a quality report server, and a program.

SOLUTION: The terminal which sends and receives quality packets has a quality packet transmission interval control means of calculating the remaining transmission rate (T-r) by subtracting the transmission rate (r) of the data packets from a maximum bandwidth T with which the terminal can perform transmission, and controlling a quality packet transmitting means to send the RTCP packets at transmission time intervals calculated from the transmission rate (T-r).
