PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case wherein the dealing with the increase and decrease of cables is made possible without machining it, and it can be disposed in a length-and-breadth-able way, and further, its dew-condensation-resistant countermeasure, its insect resistance, and its water resistance are made possible. SOLUTION: The waterproof case 10 is disposed on a wall surface as a longitudinal disposal, it incorporates electric circuits (not shown) connected with line-wire cables 15, and further, it has a base 12 fastened to the wall surface and a cover 11 attached to the base. Also, since the line-wire cables 15 are extended downward from the left lower corner of the waterproof case 10 in the state of securing its water resistance by a cable packing 13, the same water-resistant effect can be obtained as the longitudinal-disposal case, even though the waterproof case 10 is so rotated by 90°in a counter-clockwise direction as to dispose it on the wall surface as a lateral disposal.
