PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a lead wire in a cutting process, to improve a product yield and to improve productivity by improving efficiency of an inspection process, in a manufacturing method for providing individual self-luminous panels by cutting and dividing a large-sized panel. SOLUTION: A mother support substrate 10 with a plurality of self-luminous parts 12 formed thereon and a mother sealing member 11L with a plurality of sealing parts 11A corresponding to the plurality of self-luminous parts 12 arranged thereon are provided; and sealing areas S for sealing the plurality of self-luminous parts 12 by making them correspond to the plurality of sealing parts 11A are formed by sticking the mother support substrate 10L to the mother sealing member 11L. The mother support substrate 10L has lead areas 10A with lead wire parts 12A led to the outside of the sealing areas S from the plurality of self-luminous parts 12 formed therein.
