PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for facilitating automatic measurement. SOLUTION: The column is equipped with a carrier holding part for holding a carrier used for isolating a target substance in a liquid sample, a liquid introducing part for introducing the liquid sample into the carrier holding part and a liquid storage part for receiving the liquid sample from the carrier holding part to store the same and capable of sampling the liquid sample from its upper part.
