PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate exchange of a lock plate for new one even in the case the lock plate breaks down. SOLUTION: The parking management device is equipped with a lock plate drive mechanism for operating the lock plate 2 which can be opened/closed with power of a motor 1. Lock plate rotating shafts 18, 22 rotating with the lock plate 2 are divided into a plurality of numbers along the axial direction, allowing the lock plate 2 to be fixed to any one of them and the lock plate rotating shafts 18, 22 divided into a plurality of numbers to be separately integrated.
