PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small water-storage tank usable from an indoor faucet (such as a sink) similarly to ordinary time even in water cutoff and power failure, by easily storing tap water, for requiring minimum tap water for holding health of a human being even in such situations as when the water cutoff is caused since water cannot be supplied by pressure reduction due to a disaster such as an earthquake and damage from a storm and flood, the deterioration in a tap water pipe, damage by work except for tap water work and a draught water flow. SOLUTION: In this gravity system domestic small water-storage tank of indoor ceiling suspended type coping with the emergency disaster, a metallic vessel 2 is put in a plastic vessel 1 in a position higher than the normally using faucet, and the water storage tank is arranged for supplying the tap water of the content volume of around 100 liters of a doubled vessel of putting a heat reserving material 2 in its clearance (such as in an upper part of a system kitchen, and an upper part of a washer), and can be used from the indoor faucet (such as the sink) similarly to ordinary time even in the water cutoff and the power failure. A cutoff valve 11 is controlled by inputting a sensor signal arranged in its water storage tank to a monitoring board 16, and an abnormal lamp is displayed, and a buzzer alarm and alarm output 17 are announced.
