PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feather quilt, preventing effusion of feathers, and easily fitted with cloth having excellent characteristic such as flexibility, and further keeping the ornament nature of its appearance and a manufacturing method for it. SOLUTION: This feather quilt includes: a bag body 2, the interior of which is filled with feathers 6 and which has a front bedding cloth 7; and an outer cloth 3 provided on the outer surface of the front bedding cloth, wherein the front bedding cloth 7 is formed of cloth having high fiber density to prevent effusion of the feathers 6, the outer cloth 3 is formed of cloth having a lower fiber density than the front bedding cloth 7, and the front bedding cloth 7 and the outer cloth 3 are at least partially bonded by heat.
